"NEEDS and WHIMSIES" Surrounding Wall gets a Paint Job: The collaborative mural is the result of an Artist Residency program sponsored by the city of Las Vegas Arts Commission and hosted by Opportunity Village. Artist Lisa Fields Clark worked for a period of two months with 10 clients of the Art Enrichment program and its staff and volunteers. The 4' x 64' mural was installed along the upper portion of the south-facing wall of the store in the downtown Arts District at Main Street and Coolidge Avenue.
